LEVEL 5 RESOURCE GUIDE
Performance & Optimization
Supplements • Advanced Therapies • Data & Tracking • Recovery Tools • Longevity & Biohacking
INVISIBLY EMPOWERED
Level 5 is the top of the Health Pyramid for a reason. This is where we get to optimize, experiment, personalize and use some of the incredible tools available to us today. But the goal is never to skip the foundation underneath it.
This guide is not about doing everything. It is about figuring out what is useful for you, what has evidence behind it, what deserves more questions and what may simply be expensive wellness marketing.
Use these pages to take inventory, identify gaps, write down questions for your healthcare team and decide where your time, energy and money will make the biggest difference.
The goal is not to optimize every number. The goal is to build a body, mind and life that allow you to keep living.
How to Use This Guide
☐ Work through one section at a time. You do not need to complete this in one sitting.
☐ Circle or check the areas that actually apply to your life.
☐ Bring medication, supplement, laboratory and therapy questions to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
☐ Use tracking for a purpose. If a number will not change a decision, ask whether you need to measure it.
☐ Revisit this guide every few months. Optimization should change as your body, goals and life change.
PART 1: SUPPLEMENTS
Food is the foundation. Supplements can help fill an identified gap, support a specific need or accomplish a particular goal. The goal is not to collect the most bottles.

PART 2: ADVANCED THERAPIES
Advanced therapies can be exciting, but personalized does not automatically mean proven. New does not automatically mean bad. This section is about asking better questions.
Therapy Decision Worksheet
Prompt | My Notes |
What therapy am I considering?
What problem or goal am I trying to address?
What human evidence supports this specific use?
Is it FDA-approved for this use? If not, what is its regulatory status?
If compounded, why is compounding appropriate for me?
Who prescribed or recommended it?
Who made/prepared the product?
What are the known risks and important unknowns?
What medications, supplements or conditions could interact?
What will we monitor? | |
How long will I try it? | |
What would make me stop? |
IV Therapy Checklist
☐ I know the exact ingredients and doses in the infusion.
☐ I know why each ingredient is being used.
☐ I have reviewed relevant medical conditions and medications.
☐ I know who ordered the IV and who prepared it.
☐ I understand that IV administration is an invasive medical procedure.
☐ I know what symptoms during or after the infusion require medical attention.
Peptide / Compounded Product Questions
☐ Is this an FDA-approved peptide-based medication, a compounded drug or an unapproved/research product?
☐ What human evidence exists for my specific goal?
☐ Which licensed pharmacy or facility is supplying it?
☐ How is sterility, storage and transport handled?
☐ What follow-up and monitoring are included?
PART 3: DATA & TRACKING
Data is useful when it answers a question. It becomes noise when we collect it simply because we can.

Wearable Reality Check
☐ What does my device actually measure versus estimate?
☐ Has this feature been validated for what I am using it for?
☐ Am I looking at trends rather than reacting to one score?
☐ Does seeing this data help me make a better decision?
☐ Does tracking motivate me, or is it making me anxious?
☐ Can I put the device down and still listen to my body?
Your Body Is Data Too
Write down three things your body has been telling you lately that may not appear on a wearable or lab report.

PART 5: LONGEVITY & BIOHACKING
Longevity is not only about adding years. It is about protecting healthspan: the years in which we can move, think, connect, participate and live independently.
How Do I Want to Age?
☐ I want to be able to get off the floor.
☐ I want to carry my own groceries.
☐ I want to climb stairs and move independently.
☐ I want to travel.
☐ I want to maintain strength and balance.
☐ I want to protect my brain and memory.
☐ I want meaningful relationships.
☐ I want purpose.
☐ I want to keep learning.
☐ I want to keep saying yes to my life.
What else matters to me?

My Longevity Foundation
☐ I do not use tobacco / I have a plan to quit.
☐ I know my blood pressure.
☐ I understand my major cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors.
☐ I include regular aerobic movement.
☐ I include resistance/strength training.
☐ I think about balance, mobility and bone health.
☐ I prioritize sleep.
☐ I eat a nutrient-dense diet most of the time.
☐ I keep up with appropriate preventive medical and dental care.
☐ I protect social connection and mental health.
☐ I have things in my life that give me purpose.
Biohack Evidence Ladder
Prompt | My Notes |
Foundation: strong evidence / high return | Exercise, sleep, nutrition, preventive care, cardiovascular risk management, relationships. |
Useful or promising in the right context | Selected recovery tools, sauna, certain light therapies, targeted supplements, appropriate monitoring. |
Emerging / individualized | Advanced biomarkers, selected newer therapies and approaches with evolving evidence. |
Experimental | Interventions intended to slow biological aging or extend lifespan without sufficient evidence for routine use in healthy humans. |
Before I Spend Money on a Biohack
☐ What outcome am I buying this for?
☐ Does human evidence show a meaningful health benefit or only a biomarker change?
☐ Is there a simpler or less expensive option with stronger evidence?
☐ What are the risks and unknowns?
☐ How will I measure whether it worked?
☐ Am I buying health, or am I buying the feeling that I am doing something about aging?
LEVEL 5 PERSONAL ACTION PLAN

30-Day Level 5 Experiment
Pick ONE meaningful, low-risk change that supports a real goal. Establish a baseline, make the change, track only what matters and reassess after 30 days.
Prompt | My Notes |
My 30-day experiment | |
Why I chose it | |
My baseline | |
What I will do | |
What I will track | |
What improvement would look like
What would make me stop or seek guidance
What I learned after 30 days |
LEVEL 5 QUICK REFERENCE
Supplements: Fill a gap or serve a goal. Know the ingredient, form, dose, interactions and quality.
Advanced Therapies: Stay curious, but ask about evidence, sourcing, regulatory status, sterility, risks and monitoring.
Data & Tracking: Measure what matters. Look for trends. Your symptoms and function are data too.
Recovery Tools: Match the tool to the problem. Sleep, food, hydration, movement and rest still do most of the work.
Longevity & Biohacking: Protect healthspan first. Do not let expensive optimization distract from proven foundations.
Questions Worth Keeping
☐ What problem am I actually trying to solve?
☐ What is the simplest intervention that could help?
☐ What does the evidence say?
☐ Is this appropriate for my body and health history?
☐ How will I know if it worked?
☐ Is this making my life healthier or simply making health take over my life?
The Final Check-In
At the top of the pyramid, it can be tempting to believe there is always one more supplement, test, therapy, device or biohack we should be doing.
There will always be something new.
Optimization is not doing all of it. It is knowing yourself well enough to choose what deserves your attention and what does not.
Build the foundation. Stay curious. Ask good questions. Use data without becoming ruled by it. Recover without guilt. Protect your strength, your brain, your relationships and your purpose.
The goal is not to spend your life trying to live longer.
The goal is to take care of yourself well enough that you can keep living the life you worked so hard to build.
And keep saying YES to it.

Educational Note
This guide is for education and personal reflection. It is not a personalized medical, supplement, peptide, IV, fasting, hormone, recovery or longevity protocol. Individual needs and risks vary. Prescription medications, compounded drugs, injectable or intravenous products, significant supplement changes and experimental therapies should be discussed with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
