This is not about perfection. It’s not about pretending life is always positive. And it’s definitely not about “fixing” yourself.
It’s about learning how to rebuild confidence, regulate your nervous system, create healthier habits, move through fear and self-doubt, rediscover purpose, step outside your comfort zone, prioritize yourself without guilt, and begin choosing yourself again.
